Metro Flex Friday Night Raw

The best lifter in North Texas showed last night to compete in Metro Flex, first Raw power lifting competition. The crowed was intense as several great power lifters form age 15 to 60th took the stage to begin what will become known as the beginning of Raw power lifting in North Texas... Metro Flex Gym is located in Arlington TX and is own by one of north TX great body building coaches Brian Dobson. Brian is trying to keep the faith and passion he feels about the metal sports alive by holding raw power lifting as well as WABDL meet in his gym... The lifters came from in from Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi. As well as several local lifters to make this event a success...

The question was answered in Arlington Texas last night. Yes we want RAW lifting in DFW. Metro Flex Gym held it's first of many Raw power lifting meet, and name speaks for it self. Friday Night Raw!


I love gear but last night the best gear was Heart and effort. If you were there let me know your thoughts on bringing Raw lifting to North Texas.
