Elliptical machine vs Stationary bike

 One of the Gym's best cardio machines that hardly gets use is the Elliptical machine.  Lots of people feel a burn and a mild sweat on a stationary bike. But will leave the gym still bloated or worse a few pounds heavy from drinking water but not burning calories.   Well the solution is the Elliptical machine.  No impact, no jerks and a smooth resistance.  Not only will it work your whole body in less time that it takes you to get the bike moving, it will also help drop your water weight.   For the best results on an Elliptical start off in 5 to 10 minute intervals with a 5 to 10 minute rest. Before you know it you will be up to 30 minutes to an hour of some hardcore cardio.    Now take it easy on this machine it does have a few draw backs.  Your calfs will get toned and your arms will stay firm.
